Ginger, soy marinade for our sustainably harvested salmon, served with local organic greens, snow peas and served on a bed of Sheldon farm mashed potatoes and wasabi cream

A tower of grilled local vegetables served on a grilled portabella mushroom, stuffed with chevre, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, layered with grilled yellow squash, zucchini, and red pepper, topped with mozzarella cheese served on a bed of mashed Kilpatrick farm sweet potatoes drizzled with a balsamic reduction sauce (can be made vegan)
